ARTS AND CLIMATE:

Art and the environment are two things on this planet that we take for granted, often considering them as luxuries, or superfluous to our existence. Nature (our complex and awesome biosphere) and Art (all the cultural riches humans have produced) are our greatest, most vital treasures, and the key to our survival.

Without either, we are a doomed species. Climakaze Miami sits at the crossroads of culture and environmental justice.

Highlight activities from climakaze miami 2018:

Climakaze Miami will host three diverse days of free activities on April 20th, 21st and 22nd at Miami Beach Botanical Garden and an evening with Las Áñez in concert with a short film screening of Zenú by Claudio Marcotulli on April 21st at the On.Stage Black.Box at The Miami Dade County Auditorium.

The 1st Annual Bike-Dance-Swim Eco-Arts Triathlon!

Come invigorate Climakaze style with this unique eco-arts excursion thatimmerses participants in some of Miami Beach's best assets: Bike riding, dancing and ocean swimming! You don't need to be a dancer, pro-cyclist or competitive swimmer to join our "triathlon". Just bring a spirt of fun, sunscreen, bathing suit and a hat!
